Who we are
Night Sparks by Anna (“Night Sparks,” “I,” “me,” or “we”) plans and coordinates date-night experiences across Fort Smith, the Arkansas River Valley, and Northwest Arkansas. You can reach me at hello@nightsparksbyanna.com.
Information I collect
I collect the information you give me: your name, email address, mailing/delivery address, and details you share about your partner and preferences (likes, dislikes, occasion, budget, and similar notes) so I can plan your night. When you place an order, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; I do not store full card numbers.
How I use it
I use your information to plan and deliver your date night, make reservations on your behalf, ship kits, communicate with you about your order, and — if you opt in — send you an occasional newsletter. For orders that include alcohol, I collect age-verification information as required by law.
Sharing
I share only what’s necessary to deliver your experience — for example, a reservation name with a restaurant, or a shipping address with a carrier. I don’t sell your personal information.
Age verification & alcohol
Packages that include alcohol require proof that you are 21 or older. Verification records are kept as needed to comply with the law and are not used for marketing.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and you can ask me to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@nightsparksbyanna.com.
