Terms of Service

Bookings & payment
When you purchase a date night or planning service, you agree to pay the listed one-time price. Some packages cover my planning, booking, and coordination only; meal or venue costs at restaurants and venues are paid by you directly on-site. There is no subscription and your card is never charged again automatically.
Reschedules & refunds
You may reschedule for free with at least 48 hours’ notice. If something goes wrong on my end, I’ll make it right or refund you. Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (for example, non-refundable reservations or shipped materials) may not be refundable.
Weather
For outdoor dates, I monitor the weather about 24 hours out. If conditions look poor, I’ll offer a free reschedule or an indoor backup plan.
Alcohol (21+)
Any package or add-on that includes alcohol requires that you are 21 or older. Valid government-issued photo ID is required and will be checked; anyone unable to prove they are 21+ will not receive the alcohol. Please drink responsibly.
Custom planning
For custom “Plan My Night” requests, I’ll share proposed ideas and the full price for your approval before anything is booked. Planning fees cover my time and are non-refundable once planning has begun.
Limitation of liability
I coordinate experiences with third-party restaurants, venues, and vendors and am not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, or availability. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid me.
